The progressive implant contour homothetic drilling sequence was developed to obtain tight primary stability distributed uniformly in the bone.
The drills were designed in line with the latest advances in rotary instrument technology in order to combine highly precise cutting and effective removal of bone shavings.
They are used both in one surgical operation and also, in two surgical operations. The Ø3.4 cortical cutter must be used before insertion of the prosthesis on the 3.0 implant.
- The cortical cutter 4 is only used with 3.0 implants.
- The cortical cutter is used with In-Kone® UNIVERSAL and Ø4 healing screws.
- The cortical cutter is used with In-Kone® UNIVERSAL and Ø5 healing screws.
- The cortical cutter is used with In-Kone® UNIVERSAL and Ø6.5 healing screws.
This kit is compatible with the ULTIMATE drilling protocol and, therefore, with In-Kone® UNIVERSAL SA², twinKon® implants with diameters of Ø3.5/Ø4/Ø4.5/Ø5. Two sets of Ø3 mm depth stops are also available in this complete kit. The depth stops are adaptable exclusively on ULTIMATE short drills.
Removable holder, containing two sets of Ø3 mm depth stops to be used with drills. This micro kit can be incorporated in the ULTIMATE kit and the depth stops are adaptable for ULTIMATE short drills.
