Co-Founder & Director
For almost two decades, Mr. Kedar Vaze has performed consistently as an in-house perfumer with S H Kelkar & Co. Additionally, he is the CEO of S H Kelkar & Co. His keen interest in continued self-growth and company expansion, sees him head Kelkar Group’s expansion of Fragrances, Flavors, Aroma Chemicals Divisions, and integration of newly acquired Dutch Multinational M/s PFW Aroma Chemicals B.V., The Netherlands as well.
An achiever right from his student days, Kedar won several awards from excellence academically even when he was an undergraduate. He completed his Masters in Science (Organic Chemistry) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, with Synthetic Flavours as his M.Sc thesis. He is also a Diploma Holder in Business Management from the renowned Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

Currently serving as the National Sales Head at KNP MedSolutions Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Sanjay Nigam oversees pan-India sales operations, leads dynamic sales teams, and develops strategic initiatives to drive sustainable business growth of Orthopaedic division. His role involves not just revenue generation, but also nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding market reach, improving operational efficiency, and launching innovative orthopaedic products that meet the highest standards of quality and patient safety.

Manjit Patankar is a proficient Biomedical Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Holding both M.Tech degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Diploma in Healthcare & Hospital Management. He began his career in research and development focused on radiology technologies, later expanding into sales and service of radiology equipment.
For the past seven years, Manjit has been deeply involved in the orthopaedic sector, progressing from sales and marketing roles to becoming a Product Specialist. This evolution reflects a strong understanding of clinical needs and product innovation.
Presently holding the role of Product Manager at KNP Med Solutions, Manjit oversees Pan-India operations and collaborates closely with orthopaedic surgeons for product development and market alignment. His role bridges technical expertise and field insights to ensure products are effective, clinically relevant, and aligned with evolving healthcare demands.
